Type: Injection molding - polylactic acid modified material
Process: The agregates are dehumidified and dried at 80 degree centigrade for 4 hours before injection molding. If the product has a temperature resistance requirements, a dehumidifier dryer and a mold temperature controller should be equipped, and an injection temperature of 110 degree centigrade is required.
Advantages: Food-grade semi-durable tableware, high temperature resistance, fast forming, good surface effect, has passed the test of dishwasher and microwave oven.
Suitable for: Products used in the temperature range of -20℃ - 100℃, including but not limited to various durable bowls, toothbrush, floss pick, knives, forks, spoons, shopsticks, cup lid, dinner plates, containers, toys, cosmetics bag, and medical supplies.
